Finance & Operations Manager
We are seeking a finance and operations professional who loves the outdoors! Join Friends of the Mad River & Friends of the Winooski River and help us build the strong foundation we need to improve the health of our rivers and strengthen our watershed communities.
Our shared Finance & Operations Manager will provide strategic leadership for both organizations’ financial management, grants and contracts, human resources administration, and fundraising operations. This key leadership role will work closely with both Boards of Directors and Executives to develop operational systems for strengthening our accountability, forecasting, and compliance. Qualified candidates will have experience in nonprofit finance, accounting, grants management, budgeting, and human resources administration.
We offer:
- Salary of $58,000 - $64,000
- Flexible work arrangements
