Action Framework

Our Storm Smart Action Framework consists of a connected set of programs designed to strategically achieve our goals by engaging the community and encouraging action - based on where our stakeholders are and what they need.
Scroll down to scan the stakeholders and areas of the Valley where we plan to take action. Under each, you'll find target actions, incentives and needs for each area, and specific programs designed to meet those needs. Click through to learn about each program, and about integrated action campaigns designed to fast-track success in our highest priority areas.
