Ridge to River is a 5-town coalition working toward clean water and flood resilience in Vermont's Mad River Valley. We discovered quickly that managing stormwater across the Valley is a critical strategy for reducing our vulnerability to flooding, and we worked together for 2 years on a strategic process to explore this nuanced challenge, our community, and a range of possible strategies for building resilience.
 Our Storm Smart Action Framework is an integrated plan for
​engaging the community and reducing stormwater runoff throughout the Valley.
Stormwater runoff is a collective problem. So are the solutions.
