The return of the spring birds, amphibians, and ephemeral flowers ushered us into spring a few weeks ago. Now, it feels like summer is already in full swing and the valley is filled with runners, hikers, mountain bikers, and others seeking outdoor adventure or a respite from the heat wave in one of the swimming holes along the Mad.

Take us along on your spring and summer adventures in the Mad River Valley by sharing your favorite photos of the season with us!

The challenge is all about the MAD River Valley, the WaterSHED that connects us, and the LOVE we have for this amazing place. Since #madshedlove first launched in 2017, we've had hundreds of people send us photos, videos, and stories – and we have in turn shared them with you through our different online platforms to foster a sense of stewardship of this place we call home.

This is a photo contest with a spin – contest meets raffle! Rather than judging entries, we will draw for prizes from photo entries (1 photo = 1 entry) so all photos submitted by July 12th are eligible for the final prize drawings.
